The business was started from the ground up 7 years ago. We have established a database of over 4500 clients, not including cash sales, who use our service regularly. The shop is open 5 days a week 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday- Friday
We have onsite after general working hours to keep our clients up to date and give them less down time for their business.
Marketing With moving into Adsl2 which will increase sales and a faster service. This will allow our clients of various backgrounds to increase their sales and communication, reduce their expenditure and allow an extra phone service at little cost, including video conferencing with their interstate clients and overseas counterparts. Plus the release of wireless broad band (taking over dialup) Just released Prepaid broadband as well As an extension of our existing services, increased exposure to new technologies to our clients will assist their businesses in developing and maintaining IT solutions to keep pace with an everchanging environment.
Staffing Our staff are in constant liaison with the clients. We have an open style retail shop including a repair centre in view of the clients. We encourage the staff to interact with our clients to give a personal touch and to form a trusting relationship. Progress forward, upward and onward - the sky is the limit.
